With over 30 years in executive leadership roles across companies like Kelly Services, UPS, and Vista Maria, Nicole brings deep operational insight and fearless creativity to every engagement.
Known for her out-of-the-box thinking and ability to fix what feels unfixable, she is a trusted advisor to leaders navigating change, growth, and reinvention. Her superpower? Turning complex challenges into strategic clarity and measurable outcomes.
Nicole is committed to giving back and advocating for access and opportunities. She contributes her expertise through volunteer service as a Member of Rotary Club Detroit and Impact 100 Metro Detroit; Member/Past President, National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Greater Detroit Chapter; and Member/Expert, Professional Services Network, TechTown Detroit. Previously, she served on several national, regional, and local boards, including the Executive Leadership Council, INROADS, and Oakland Schools Foundation.
She advises entrepreneurs through Oakland Thrive and TechTown Detroit’s Ask An Expert program. She holds a BBA and an MBA from Wayne State University, where she also taught as an adjunct instructor.
